At 100% Capri, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our linen collections; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with all luxury packaging and security tags intact.

Prepare Your Package
Place the items inside the original 100% Capri gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the exterior.
Schedule a Collection
Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner or drop off your package at an authorized shipping location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
